We are happy to announce that Jay Vela, Jose Vasquez, and Peter Sokolis will be coaching our High School Boys Premier Teams in the upcoming season!

  • Collegiate NWAAC and DII
  • Spokane Spiders

Coaching Experience:

  • FC Spokane Coach since 2012
  • PSPL Academy
  • East Valley High School
  • Spokane Falls Community College

Jose Vasquez

Jose Vasquez

2003/U18

  • Competitive Soccer in Lima, Peru
  • Spokane Falls Community College
  • Deer Park

Coaching Experience:

  • 5 years in youth sports coaching for FC Spokane, SYSA, Spokane Pumas, and Eastern Washington Surf.

  • Working on completing D license.

  • Played for Spokane Shadow and Eastside FC 
  • National team in 2012-2013.
  • Spokane Falls Community College soccer team 2014-2015.
  • Farwest Regional team 2014-2015.

Coaching Experience:

  • Junior Varsity head coach at North Central High School for 5 years.
  • Assistant Varsity coach at North Central for 5 years.
  • FC Spokane for 1 year.

  • Matt Leonard, varsity head coach at North Central High School. He has always believed in me, and has inspired me to become the coach I am today. He is an awesome role model and leader.
