Per Washington State Youth Soccer Association
U11 - Same as FIFA
U10 - No penalty kicks (except for shoot outs, then at 10 yards)
Penalty area at 14 yards from goal
No slide tackling
Fouls in the penalty box are taken at the nearest point outside the penalty box as a direct kick
U9 - No penalty kicks (except for shoot outs, then at 10 yards)
No direct kicks
Penalty Area at 10 yards from goal
No slide tackling
Fouls in the penalty box are taken at the nearest point outside the penalty box, 10 yards, as an indirect kick.

The 2013 River City Challenge hosted by FC Spokane is a Select Soccer Tournament that provides competition from all over the Inland Northwest.
3 Game Minimum * Games are played on Saturday and Sunday
The tournament is held at beautiful Plantes Ferry Park, Spokane WA which includes 13 full size quality grass fields.
